Research, with the boundary made clear.
These Terms govern use of the Thesyne informational company-research beta in the United States.
Effective August 1, 2026 · United States betaThe product
Thesyne organizes primary filings, company materials, licensed market data and model-generated synthesis into dated company research pages. Readers viewing the same company and research version receive the same output. The service does not ask for personal financial circumstances to create a securities recommendation.
Not investment advice
Thesyne is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, custodian or fiduciary. It does not execute trades, hold funds, create personal allocations or establish an adviser-client relationship. Nothing in the product is an offer, solicitation or instruction to buy, sell or hold a security.
Scenario ranges, evidence scores and model confidence describe a research process. They are not probabilities of profit, guarantees of safety, price targets or promises of future performance.
Research limitations
Sources can be incomplete, delayed, revised or incorrect. Models can misread context, omit material facts and produce inaccurate estimates. Market prices may be delayed or end-of-day as labeled. Verify material information with original sources and a qualified professional when appropriate.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and for personal informational purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer or bypass access controls.
- Do not present Thesyne outputs as guaranteed results or as your own regulated advice.
- Do not use the service for market manipulation, fraud or unlawful trading activity.
Account eligibility
THESYNE accounts are currently available only to people age 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from the signed-in account panel. Deletion removes the account’s Watchlist and saved research-access records and closes its linked Stripe customer profile. Any active Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately as part of deletion; access and unused time end with the deleted account. Records that a payment provider must retain for tax, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal purposes are governed by that provider’s obligations.
Memberships and billing
Explorer is free. Research and Analyst are recurring memberships billed monthly or annually at the price displayed before checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize the recurring charge until cancellation. Plan limits, monitoring cadence and included features are shown on the Plans page and can change prospectively with reasonable notice.
You can update your payment method, change plan, view invoices or cancel through the secure billing portal. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until that date. Except where required by law or where a charge was made in error, completed subscription charges are non-refundable. Previously unlocked reports can remain readable after cancellation, while new paid research access ends with the membership.
Sources and intellectual property
Company names and ticker symbols belong to their respective owners. Source documents remain subject to their own terms. Thesyne’s original interface, methodology descriptions and compiled presentation are protected content. Access to third-party information may change when licensing or source availability changes.
Availability and responsibility
The service may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thesyne is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular investment decision. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
